Update v1.1.3:

Major Bug Fix: Up, Down AND Diagonals had a very strange stutter due to a miss calculation in how many pixels per frame to move.  This mainly happened when the scrolling part was taller then it was wide.

Please everyone use this version as it is actually working as intended and scrolling nice and smooth now in all directions! LOL
